Luxury St Barth Villa : Rates
Villa Lausanne is typically available on a weekly basis,
with rental periods beginning on Saturday at 3 PM and
ending the following Saturday at noon. If availability
permits, additional days may be scheduled for
one-seventh the weekly rate. Likewise, we may be able to
modify your arrival and departure day of the week if
availability to other prospective guests would not be
compromised. Discounts are given for multiple week
stays.
Rental Rates for our St Barth Villa
Lausanne rentals follow two seasons with a special
rate for Christmas-New Year.
Includes daily maid service except Sundays and
Holidays. Children are welcome and the villa is
wheelchair accessible.
